Inspire Change Alliance - What to expect

The INSPIRE CHANGE ALLIANCE has been designed to support you with accelerating existing, or future, change challenges and opportunities.


The emphasis is on application of your learning, experience, insights, proven approaches, and strategies to build a healthy culture for change in your organisation.   


The main components of the INSPIRE CHANGE ALLIANCE occur over a 6 month period.  Here's what to expect:


  • Your journey begins with a 1-1 coaching session.  This is a chance for you and I to get to know each other, set your goals and define your outcomes. The following 5 coaching sessions will focus on helping you unlock your aspirations, strengths, and capabilities to help you achieve your goals and vision.


  • The 6 modules are a dedicated space for you to learn, think, process, discuss, gain, and share, insight with your peers.  Each of the 6 modules are 2.5hrs in lengths and held monthly over Zoom.  


  • Pre and post module activities with your peers, and individually, will enable a deeper exploration of topics in your world.


  • To keep the momentum alive, after the 6 modules and coaching, you will be invited to join The INSPIRE CHANGE ALLIANCE Power Hour. Here, you and your peers can network, support one another, and problem solve together.

About your six 1-1 coaching sessions and what to expect

As an ICF Certified Coach, I will partner with you in a thought provoking and creative process to maximise your potential as a leader of change.  


Over the six coaching sessions, together we will: 

  • uncover your desired goals and outcomes from the INSPIRE CHANGE ALLIANCE and work to those goals and outcomes to ensure you gain maximum benefit.
  • unlock previously untapped resources, productivity and leadership capabilities.
  • regularly review progress, direction, and pace to ensure we are on track.  


Your 6 coaching sessions are in place to support your journey through the INSPIRE CHANGE ALLIANCE as well as your own personal and professional growth.

A successful alliance requires great partnerships and in our first module we will spend time getting to know each other and how we can enable eachothers success.


We will explore what “inspiration” means for this alliance and introduce you to Motivational Maps®, a tool which will build your ability to lead change.


We will also introduce you to a way of communicating a compelling reason for change that you will be able to apply immediately.

Emotions derail any change initiative.

Helping your people find their way and gain momentum can accelerate your change efforts.


In this module, we will firstly review your alliance's Team Motivational Map® and consider the impact of motivation and energy on successful change initiatives.  


We will then look at the 6 predictable stages of change, and provide you with strategies you can apply to build your confidence, keep your balance, be more in control and inspire others to keep going.

Those who feel threatened by your change will stall progress.  


The impact can range from increased cost to devaluing the huge investment in your change initiative.  


In this module we look at the destructive power resistance has and explore strategies you can apply to deal with resistance, engage people, increase trust and inspire them to adapt & adopt change.

Drawing inspiration form the arts in how we lead change.

Inspiring others is about actively involving them in your vision and enabling them to feel part of it.  


Rhythm, Energy, Space and Time are key elements that artists and performers consider as critical to how they view the world, prepare for success, engage their audience and collaborate.  


This module will focus on building awareness of these elements for increasing engagement, buy-in and commitment to change.

Having a vision is great, but how can you ensure everything will go to plan?  

The reality is, you can't as the world shifts around you, unexpected issues arise, and you spend time and money resolving them.  


However, you can take steps to minimise these unexpected issues.  


This module examines and demonstrates how you can actively and regulary gain early insight into what’s hampering progress and bridge the gap before it’s too late.

Celebrations are a globally recognised way of marking both endings and beginnings. 

In our last module we will reflect on your journey and successes and revel in your accomplishments. 


 It’s a way to say “thank you” to those who've helped us and collectively show our pride in one another and in our relationship.  


We will spend time sharing personal change journey's, goals and vision for the future and plan what this alliance needs for ongoing connection, support and collaboration.

Each of the 6 live modules are in person and facilitated by Amanda using Zoom. 


You will have exclusive access to information and resources that you can apply directly to your change opportunities and challenges and deliver real results and improvements.


Each of your 6 coaching sessions are live over Zoom or, via aplatform of your choice.  Some of Amanda's clients like to walk and talk over the phone, and that's ok too.  Whatever works for you!


The live and virtual nature of the INSPIRE CHANGE ALLIANCE means that you can enjoy live interaction with convenience.   You will be able to learn over time, balance your time effectively and apply new strategies immediatley to your real world challenges.

All modules are facilitated by Amanda Page.  On one or two of the modules, Amanda invites a collaborator from her trusted network to co-facilitate or lead a particular discussion.

Yes.  However, as this is an open Alliance, it makes sense to minimise numbers from the same company to two or three, depending on overall numbers.  This ensures balance, diverse perspectives and increased inclusion of other participants.


Amanda helps leaders through coaching, team coaching, customised working sessions and employee insights so that they can build the capacity, capabilities, and culture for change. 


Recent Client Projects:

  • For a large public sector organisation, who was experiencing integration issues of four large teams, Amanda conducted employee experience interviews around topics of identity, operations and growth.  The consolidated insights for the senior leadership team resulted in critical projects being implemented for improvement of project portfolio engagement and measurement and improving psychological safety, open communications, values and standards.
  • For a Professional Services Start Up business, who was experiencing growing pains and struggling to lead change effectively, Amanda provided the Exec Team and Middle Management with the right capabilities, mindset and best practice for Leading Change.
  • For a FinTech company that was about to be Devested the CEO needed to unleash the entrepreneurial spirit of the organisation for indepenance.  Amanda worked with the CEO and his leadership team to help them create their new vision and purpose, culture and values through with working sessions which enabled them to transition their organisation to an independent company following their divestment by a US company.


With over 30 years’ experience in the Blue-Chip IT sector, much of Amanda's  work was focused on enabling leaders to lead change and leading the way on projects such as:

  • Set up of a global Change Management Centre of Excellence  for Sales Operations to drive adoption of change, minimise risk and manage disruption to the business caused by change.
  • Lead change for "Driving Service Revenue" Project: Focused on increasing services penetration, renewals and coverage of the install base in Commercial Sales.  Amanda providing mentoring and coaching to the Programme Manager resulting in $22m of incremental services business achieved in first quarter of operation.
  • Lead change for Acquisitions:  Enabling acquired organisations to integrate from a People/Culture, Process and Systems perspective.  Amanda facilitated Sales Manager Impact Sessions and a diagnostic survey with the Sales force to understand how well sales were integrating.  Outputs provided new insight to Sales Leaders on levels effectiveness of sales collaboration and integration, resulting in Executive Leadership mandating leadership focus on increasing collaboration, co-ordinated customer strategies and joint account planning.
