As an ICF Certified Coach, I will partner with you in a thought provoking and creative process to maximise your potential as a leader of change.
Over the six coaching sessions, together we will:
Your 6 coaching sessions are in place to support your journey through the INSPIRE CHANGE ALLIANCE as well as your own personal and professional growth.

A successful alliance requires great partnerships and in our first module we will spend time getting to know each other and how we can enable eachothers success.
We will explore what “inspiration” means for this alliance and introduce you to Motivational Maps®, a tool which will build your ability to lead change.
We will also introduce you to a way of communicating a compelling reason for change that you will be able to apply immediately.
Emotions derail any change initiative.
Helping your people find their way and gain momentum can accelerate your change efforts.
In this module, we will firstly review your alliance's Team Motivational Map® and consider the impact of motivation and energy on successful change initiatives.
We will then look at the 6 predictable stages of change, and provide you with strategies you can apply to build your confidence, keep your balance, be more in control and inspire others to keep going.

The impact can range from increased cost to devaluing the huge investment in your change initiative.
In this module we look at the destructive power resistance has and explore strategies you can apply to deal with resistance, engage people, increase trust and inspire them to adapt & adopt change.
Drawing inspiration form the arts in how we lead change.
Inspiring others is about actively involving them in your vision and enabling them to feel part of it.
Rhythm, Energy, Space and Time are key elements that artists and performers consider as critical to how they view the world, prepare for success, engage their audience and collaborate.
This module will focus on building awareness of these elements for increasing engagement, buy-in and commitment to change.
Having a vision is great, but how can you ensure everything will go to plan?
The reality is, you can't as the world shifts around you, unexpected issues arise, and you spend time and money resolving them.
However, you can take steps to minimise these unexpected issues.
This module examines and demonstrates how you can actively and regulary gain early insight into what’s hampering progress and bridge the gap before it’s too late.
Celebrations are a globally recognised way of marking both endings and beginnings.
In our last module we will reflect on your journey and successes and revel in your accomplishments.
It’s a way to say “thank you” to those who've helped us and collectively show our pride in one another and in our relationship.
We will spend time sharing personal change journey's, goals and vision for the future and plan what this alliance needs for ongoing connection, support and collaboration.
Each of the 6 live modules are in person and facilitated by Amanda using Zoom.
You will have exclusive access to information and resources that you can apply directly to your change opportunities and challenges and deliver real results and improvements.
Each of your 6 coaching sessions are live over Zoom or, via aplatform of your choice. Some of Amanda's clients like to walk and talk over the phone, and that's ok too. Whatever works for you!
The live and virtual nature of the INSPIRE CHANGE ALLIANCE means that you can enjoy live interaction with convenience. You will be able to learn over time, balance your time effectively and apply new strategies immediatley to your real world challenges.

All modules are facilitated by Amanda Page. On one or two of the modules, Amanda invites a collaborator from her trusted network to co-facilitate or lead a particular discussion.

Yes. However, as this is an open Alliance, it makes sense to minimise numbers from the same company to two or three, depending on overall numbers. This ensures balance, diverse perspectives and increased inclusion of other participants.
